About the role
A Miami family is hiring a Household Manager to run the day-to-day of their primary residence. You will manage schedules for a staff of five, coordinate vendors and maintenance, oversee inventory and procurement, and hold the standard of daily service. This is a warm, close-knit household that entertains frequently and needs a manager who is equally strong at operations and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- ·Manage daily service standards and staff scheduling for a team of five
- ·Coordinate vendor visits, deliveries, and preventative maintenance
- ·Oversee household inventory, procurement, and pantry management
- ·Prepare the residence for guests, entertaining, and family events
- ·Report weekly to the Estate Manager on operations and issues
Requirements
- ·5+ years running a UHNW household with formal service
- ·Strong scheduling and vendor-management skills
- ·Warm, discreet, and comfortable in a family-forward environment
Preferred
- ·Bilingual English/Spanish
- ·Formal hospitality training
