About the role

A growth-stage company is hiring a Strategic Operator to sit alongside the CEO and COO. You will run the executive planning cadence, lead cross-functional projects, and drive completion on the initiatives that don't have a natural owner. This is a remote-first role with monthly travel to New York for leadership onsites. Best fit for someone who thrives on ambiguity and gets satisfaction from shipping the unglamorous work.

Responsibilities

·Run the executive team's weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning cadence
·Lead cross-functional projects across product, GTM, and operations
·Prepare board materials and manage follow-through on board commitments
·Own confidential communications on behalf of the CEO

Requirements

·7+ years in operations, program management, or chief-of-staff roles
·Strong writing and structured problem solving
·Ability to travel monthly and work across time zones

Preferred

·Prior seat at a Series B–D company
·Consulting or investment banking background
