Estate Manager
$200K–$400K base for multi-residence households. Compounds with 8+ staff or dedicated security teams sit at the top of the range.
Chief of Staff
$225K–$400K base plus bonus. Entertainment principals typically add discretionary long-term compensation tied to tenure or specific projects.
House Manager
$130K–$210K per residence depending on staff size, entertaining cadence, and whether the manager oversees a single property or reports into an Estate Manager across a portfolio.
Private Chef
$150K–$260K plus benefits. Travel-heavy chefs, chefs with specific dietary specialization, or chefs supporting principals with performance nutrition needs sit at the top.
