About the role

A Palo Alto founder is hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to serve as the daily operational anchor. You will own the calendar, prep the founder for every investor and customer meeting, and act as the primary point of coordination for the leadership team. This is an in-office role designed for someone who wants to be embedded in the team, not remote.

Responsibilities

·Own a complex, rapidly changing calendar with heavy investor and customer meetings
·Prepare briefing materials and daily prep documents for the founder
·Coordinate domestic travel and offsite logistics
·Serve as the primary liaison between the founder and the leadership team
·Support light personal logistics as needed

Requirements

·8+ years supporting a founder or C-suite executive
·In-office availability in Palo Alto five days a week
·Strong written communication and executive judgment

Preferred

·Prior venture-backed or public-company support experience
