About the role
A Hamptons residence is hiring a Seasonal Estate Operations Manager for the summer season. You will oversee vendor readiness, guest preparation, and the daily rhythm of a busy entertaining household. This is a compressed, high-intensity engagement, ideal for someone with hospitality or seasonal-estate experience who thrives on execution.
Responsibilities
- ·Coordinate all vendor readiness across grounds, pool, and interior systems
- ·Manage guest arrivals, room preparation, and hospitality standards
- ·Oversee inventory replenishment for a household that entertains constantly
- ·Lead a seasonal staff of four across housekeeping and service
Requirements
- ·5+ years in seasonal or hospitality-adjacent household roles
- ·Full availability through Labor Day
- ·Comfort with high-tempo entertaining and last-minute guest volume
Preferred
- ·Prior Hamptons or seasonal-compound experience
